Huh... kinda weird that a song about loss and depression is a big wedding hit. No, seriously, Simon Le Bon wrote it after he finally started grieving over the loss of a friend.
As I sit here all alone in my apartment on day 21 of social distancing, I keep trying to find my way back to the Ordinary World. Yet again, after talking with a girl for almost two weeks on and off, I find out she's a scammer. *sigh*
But I will try to keep on seeking out that real girl who exists out in the Ordinary World, and one day I will learn to survive.
Recently I found a group on here for AdultFriendFinder members in South Florida called "S. FL FWB, NSA, 3somes, Orgies". I'm in there because at the moment, I'm in the looking for FWB to hang out with. And in there, I have found a real girl. She is a real flesh and blood human who isn't out for money. So I know that they do exist out here, it's like trying to find a diamond in the rough.

Allow me to regale you all in a story.
I'm 34 years old. A nerd/geek from a coal mining town with very little dating experience because I focused on pursuing career instead of dating. After my life had settled down a few years back, I wanted to try dating again after 8 years. (I had dated once before, but it only lasted about 9 months. It was our first time dating. We're still great friends and she's married to a wonderful husband.) So I look into finding a place to cut my teeth on dating and going out with ladies, and get some sexual experience at the same time, landing upon AdultFriendFinder. As soon as I get here, I find a bevy of cute and sexy girls and ladies. I awkwardly try to communicate with them, to be never heard from again. And the ones who do respond or show interest in me fall into one of three categories:
1. Scammer
2. Escort/
3. Cam Girl
I get fed up and leave after spending at most a month on here. I leave to try online dating elsewhere (Newsflash: More of the damn same.)
And now, here I am back again for another go round because... why not?
And what do I find?
Scammers...... ..... Cam Girls
I've become entirely suspicious of ANY girl who contacts me, or no.... pretty much everyone one here.
Since I've been back for two days, I have met 2 Verification ID Scammers, an Escort, and two people whom I am still leery of... waiting for the shoe to finally drop. "Hey, I need money... can you send me hundreds of dollars for...."
And the whole Verified and Gold and Confirmed badges that are supposed to weed out the scammers don't do jack! Just a few moments ago, lady had all three and then BOOM!! "Can you go through the Security Meetup Process before we meet?"
And you can't even use current events or details to screen them. I've tried that before and they pass that with flying damn colors.
So I ask everyone, where have all the real girls gone? Are there any real people on here? Or is this just a festering cesspool of scams and pay-for-sex? If I want to pay for eroticism, I'll go to a strip joint and have a stripper put her breasts in my face and give me the lap dance of a lifetime.
Is there anyone out there who can give me hope for finding a real girl? A real girl to hold. A real girl to cuddle. A real girl to goof around with. A real girl to feed. A real girl to have sex with.
Because... as of right now, it appears my right hand is my only friend.
