Plenty of Fish and Chips

Plenty of Fish and Chips I logged onto that other dating site, the one that's obsessed with fish. The one that controls the age and location parameters of the women that I can choose from. The one that relentlessly sends me emails telling me how to improve my chances of meeting my "match". The one that reminds me that there isn't a lot to choose from in my area or age range. The one that I've signed up for so many times that I don't even use a face pic anymore because I know where it will lead, disappointment. But it wasn't all bad, like I said, I had chips. Are you on any dating sites besides this one?  |

Yep.. all of them  I've just deleted my profile on the fishy one.. the meet me thing grits my shit.. just send me a message!! it's free!! I haven't had much luck on them either  I plod on

I'm in the fish market too. Plenty more fish in my age range there in my area than here. And there are some who are on both. The differences in their profiles are "interesting". When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

been on the fish one butt their return mail is broken i think. i keep sending mail but it is never returned! went to SA but nobody was home. so i hopped over to IC... i seem to be the only one there so now i cum here and just blog along there is a world of difference between insanity and stupidity

Its kinda funny when someone from a vanilla site signs on here. The new profile disappears faster than it was posted and I can almost imagine their face when the tidal wave of dick pics hits them.

I've been on OKCupid for a number of years but close to giving up my profile there. They keep changing the site to make it less user-friendly for the free users and I'm not about to pay for a site where I've aged out of the prevailing demographics. Tried Tinder earlier this year - 6 months, no in person meets, deleted my profile as the swiping got to be a time suck. Match - I've coughed up money a couple of times but I think I am too 'weird' for their clientele, lol. I actually think Facebook dating could be promising because they show you people who are in the same groups or have gone to the same events. But Facebook? Oh hell to the no.

P.S. Also tried POF a long time ago and felt like it was the Walmart of online dating. Lots of people with limited literacy. (sorry)

Yea I've been on POF for a long while. I went on a few dates with a woman many years ago and she disappeared for a while (traveling) then came back. She kept wanting to meet again and contacting me but would always put a condition on the meeting that if it was a nice day she would have to cancel as she would be out rock climbing or something as she didn't want to waste a good weather day meeting. Now I can understand that to an extent, but she was the one contacting me and asking to meet up again so I sent her a message telling her what I thought about that and to stop contacting me. At this point I'm just window shopping and day dreaming, that and teasing and reporting the fake profiles, lol. The place seems to be flooded with them now. I have seen a lot of women I would be interested in meeting if they lived closer or if I wasn't dealing with so much crap in life at this time. At this point about the only messages I answer on there are the ones from the fake profiles just to be sure before I report them, lol. Vive La Difference
