 Sore throat, I use to get those all the time,,,take motrin, aspirin, tylenol, which ever you like, to fight the inflammation, hot drinks help too, sugar free suck candies to keep your throat moist during the day and a water filled vaporizer for the sleeping period. I find that helps keep my throat and nasal cavities moist and reduces the phlegm. And mouthwash...get the wash deep into the throat without swallowing it, or warm salt water wash.
