 I miss sleeping with my man too especially up against him feeling the curves of his body and (things down south poking me). I use self hypnosis when I have nights like that...like any thing you do "the more you do it the better you are at it" ...I have not used that technique a lot lately and find it take longer to achieve what I am trying to do with it...for there are many mental applications for hypnosis. There was a time when working I would take a 10 minute power nap using hypnosis...worked like a charm...put a few suggestions in my mantra and walla, I would wake up at the suggested time, alert, body healed and energetic. Those were the suggestions.
Or a good masturbation session which will leave one quite relaxed and ease all thoughts out of the mind, which promotes sleep too...LOL

 I thought about this today while running.
