Favorite desert is Chocolate Eclair pie thingy (not really a pie, not sure how to classify it) Layers of van pudding and graham crackers and cool whip topped with dark chocolate!!!

Welcome back my friend, I hope you enjoyed your trip to NY. Your foods look amazing. I am so missing having an oven so I can bake. Heck I am missing a stove period. Wow. My head is spinning reading all the baking and cooking you put into one day! I used to have a weakness for ice cream. I try to avoid desserts so my Achilles heel has become cheese. I put off opening it but once it is, poof, it disappears quickly.

Anytime I travel to the east side of the state, I stop and get 'real' bagels. My last trip was after the holidays. I bought my daughter's favorite kind and put them in the freezer. She got them this week for her birthday! Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

Wow and. I thought members here were private and didn't share their home life Sorry for this accept apology. Can I come over and bake too.Made quiche at home first time. Blogged photo. And cream cheese dips. My Mom gave me Tiara Dish. Next Quiche no crust needed. You follow recipe books or create your own??

Business travel is back? I surely miss that, and frustration with not being able to do it certainly played a part in my decision to retire. What was it like? My son was here this weekend and he never is stumped by the subject of what to make to eat - and I'm fine with that. Mostly he concentrated on what were his brother's favorites since this was his first birthday since he died. I love to cook and bake but don't do much at present because my Christmas baking has taken up lodgings on my hips!!!  My favourite dessert is Strawberry pavlova. ~~Anais Nin~~

I think I gained weight just reading this. lol My favorite dessert is this concoction called "brownie delight". It's basically a hot fudge sundae served in a banana split bowl with brownies, vanilla ice cream, and loads of hot fudge. I used to have it almost every Sundae (haha!) at this restaurant my step-father, and I used to go to. Thoughts from the Garden...

Do I cook, Bake? Yes if I eat!!!!!!! You do go a bit overboard but it all looks so good.. Meat and potatoes with a salad , home made dressing though!!
