My partners and I take turns. Depends on who's feeling what at the time. But that's also the reason why it can get a bit frustrating and confusing  I've always been a bit more dominating but have given up control in the past few years. I've also found a lot of control in giving up control, if you know what I mean. (Also, getting dominated can be a lot of fun)
